    The Most of  mental problems like frustration, memory loss, depression, pessimism and, That can be secured and solved by through the methods of the Yoga asana.The asana of the meditation processes are bring calm and settled mind in a steady point. This is  the balance of the social, physical and emotional aspects of a person`s life. The theoretical aspects of yoga are responsible for imbibing in the mind of impartial outlook towards the life and the world in any of the mentioned areas. The conflicts can be reduced and the  relaxation process can be experienced in the asanas. 
Thus the Asana enables a person to reduce the conflicts like,
       1. Hunger-thirst
       2. Hot and
       3. Cold variations
               in the weather etc.. Yoga philosophy teaches to be unruffled in frustrations. The mental condition characterised by a severe state of sadness reaches the point of hindering a person from well in society.
Some of the symptoms of depression include, 
       1. Physical and mental fatigue 
       2. Loss of appetite 
       3. A feeling of intense fear 
       4. Loss of interest in day to day activities.
